I agree with Shamkhal's review. It's disappointing that a place with such high-quality products is staffed by extremely rude individuals. As soon as I entered, I didn't feel welcome at all. Being a foreign tourist who doesn't speak Georgian, I asked a few questions about the food to decide what to order. The two ladies seemed to mock me in their language or responded in a very unfriendly manner. Their attitude was really off-putting, and I didn't understand why. There are many other coffee shops around, so if you're searching for a good atmosphere and excellent service, it's best to go elsewhere.

Еда здесь всегда вкусная, НО обслуживание ужасное, персонал явно недоволен, что создаёт унизительную атмосферу. Нужно менять сотрудников, у них проблемы! Уже два дня подряд вижу одни и те же недовольные лица, как будто мы им что-то должны.

Уютное место с отличной выпечкой. Десерты сладкие, но не приторные. Витрина, благодаря аккуратности и эстетике, напоминает французские пекарни в Японии. :)

This is a great spot for breakfast in Tbilisi. It would be even better if they included some vegan options on the menu. I recommend it.
