Your team should let customers know when their orders are ready. There are often more staff members than guests, yet no one tells customers that their food is at the pickup counter. Not everyone realizes they need to check that area. As a result, I ended up with a cold Eggs Benedict, which wasn't tasty either.

Жаль, что в таком красивом месте такие проблемы. Атмосфера приятная, но еда ужасная, особенно чикен боул или салат с курицей — не смог понять, что это было. При первом визите показалось, что всё плохо, но сегодня снова зашла и убедилась. Заказал другое блюдо и кофе, но официант услышал только часть заказа и долго спорил. Не советую посещать.

The interior is charming, the coffee is top-notch, the music is fantastic, and the desserts are delicious. It would be an ideal spot if a staff member wasn't watching loud videos on his phone. He did this the entire 10 minutes while I had my coffee and likely kept going after I left. It really disrupts the atmosphere!
