Priala — car wash and dry cleaning in Tbilisi

Terrible experience with rude staff. I took my car there because they claimed they would disassemble the seats and do a thorough cleaning with special equipment. Instead, they didn't even take the seats out and just wiped the surface dirt with a wet towel.

They failed to eliminate the unpleasant odor in the car and didn't even try to find its source. There was also animal hair left in several spots, including under the front seats.

To make matters worse, they used cheap chemicals inside the car that ruined the interior. After the so-called "cleaning," the steering wheel became sticky, and when I cleaned it myself, I could see dust and chemical residue coming off.

They are careless, dishonest, and seem to be scamming customers. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their service. They charge a lot for work that is far from worth the price.

Avoid this place.

უპასუხისმგებლო, უზრდელი ხალხი. საშინელი სერვისით და მატყუარები.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I left my car hoping they would effectively remove the unpleasant odor and chemical residues to help with my allergies. However, they didn't clean it properly—leaving the steering wheel and several areas dirty—and the smell was even worse, worsening my allergies. When I returned to discuss the issue, instead of apologizing and trying to fix it, they insulted me and my wife. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The prices are outrageous for such poor quality. It's better to find a more affordable option elsewhere.

ყველაფერი, რაც გვჭირდებოდა, იქ იყო და მანქანა დაგვაყენეს. კვირა დღეს. მადლობა 🤗❤️
