The lounge was quite packed. The cleaning service took too long to attend to the area between passengers. Additionally, there were no Halal food options available.

The lounge is quite spacious with plenty of seating available. It offers a nice selection of Georgian dishes along with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The interior is also beautifully decorated with lovely artworks.

Incredible experience! I really enjoyed it. As a TBC concept customer, I appreciated having a few complimentary visits each year. There's a great selection of food, snacks, drinks, and lots of alcohol, along with impressively friendly service from the staff. I'm looking forward to coming back next time!

This was one of the worst lounges I've been to. I visited with my family, and every seat was marked as reserved, leaving us with nowhere to sit. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us. When I asked about seating, a male employee told me to check with the reception because they didn’t know. The service was terrible. At the bar, no one was there to assist, and after waiting 15 minutes, the same staff member finally came over, asked what everyone wanted, served us, and then walked away as if he was doing us a huge favor. We ended up sitting outside in a cramped space that was really warm, so we left the lounge and found a much better spot at the gate.

EU nationals should avoid traveling to Georgia and arriving at Tbilisi International Airport. Today, all my luggage was screened at customs. Although nothing prohibited was found, it took about an hour for them to rummage through my belongings, leaving a complete mess. It's not worth it to fly to Tbilisi International Airport!
