The staff was very friendly and provided great service.

I am extremely disappointed with how Turkish Airlines handled my situation. For the second time, my baggage was returned to me badly damaged. Despite providing photos and explaining everything clearly, I was denied fair compensation and adequate support. My suitcase is now completely unusable; I could hardly carry it home and now I have to throw it away.

What makes it worse is that this suitcase was a special gift from my sister, so it’s personally upsetting. I had always trusted this airline and recommended it to others, believing it stood for professionalism and responsibility. This experience has shattered that trust. A company of this size should take responsibility when customers’ belongings are damaged.

There are cameras at the airport and clear evidence of the condition of my bag before check-in and after arrival. Yet, instead of receiving understanding or accountability, I was met with frustration and neglect. Customers deserve respect, transparency, and fair treatment, especially loyal ones. I truly hope no one else has to endure what I went through. It’s shameful how this was managed.

The staff is incredibly kind and effective! I had a question about my flight, and they sorted it out right away. They even offered to rebook my flight without any additional charge. 😭🩷

I had a long 19-hour layover at Istanbul Airport, and I was very disappointed with the service at the airline desk. There were very few amenities and no proper places to rest during such a lengthy wait. They wouldn’t even offer a complimentary meal during this time.

The organized tour was a letdown. The guide's conduct was unacceptable, and the places we visited were not worth it. They didn’t stick to the planned itinerary, blaming traffic or closures, which seemed untrue. The tour was tiring and offered no real benefits. We were taken to unnecessary stops and ended up at a location that appeared to have a partnership with a specific restaurant, catering to their interests instead of ours. In the end, we left feeling exhausted and gained nothing from the experience. I would have preferred to wait at the airport instead.
