Пообщавшись с менеджером Анастасией (так она представилась), столкнулся с грубым отношением — на простые вопросы следовали резкие ответы, как будто она последний день на работе. Попытки попросить более вежливого отношения только ухудшили ситуацию: её тон стал ещё более грубым, и появились упрёки. Работу выполняют хорошо, но такой стиль общения вызывает сильное разочарование.
