Apartment "8 Rooms Apartotel On Meidan"

The manager here is dishonest and untrustworthy. We confirmed all the details for our stay before arriving. Unfortunately, our evening flight from Baku was canceled, and we got a morning replacement. Due to internet issues at the airport, we couldn't inform the manager that we'd be arriving the next day. We didn't cancel our reservation and even received a self check-in guide from the manager via WhatsApp.

When we arrived, a rude cleaning lady informed us that our accommodation had been given to someone else, and the manager claimed he tried to check if we were coming, which is false. The only message we received that day was a simple "Hello" at 8:51 am, not an inquiry about our arrival. There were no other messages from him.

I have a screenshot of our conversation and challenge the manager to provide proof of any messages he claims he sent to check on us. These people are manipulative and showed no concern for our 4-year-old daughter, who had nowhere to sleep after our ordeal at the airport. My wife was so upset by the manager and the cleaning lady's behavior that she kicked a trash bin on the way out. If the manager has that on camera, he should share it, but he won't show the messages he claims to have sent because they don't exist.

Avoid this place at all costs!

Проживали в этом отеле с 10 по 17 мая 2026 года и остались очень довольны! Отель находится на спокойной улице, но рядом есть все необходимое. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный, всегда готов помочь. Владельца можно застать на связи в любое время. В номере есть всё, что нужно! Мы были очень довольны и благодарны ♥️

1 - The apartment manager was very responsive. I checked out without realizing I hadn’t paid for the room, but Zurab was really helpful in finding someone to assist with the payment.
2 - The location is fantastic. It’s easy to find and the check-in process feels secure. Being in Old Town means there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
3 - The room had everything needed for both short and long stays. I do have a suggestion: the bathroom drainage needs fixing as it’s quite slow and tends to flood. Also, I couldn’t get the hair dryer to work for some reason, haha. Everything else was fine.

We had a fantastic experience here! The place has a nice blend of hotel and studio apartment vibes, and the kitchen was ideal for us as vegetarians who like to cook our own meals.

The location is perfect, just a quick 3-minute walk to Meidan Bazaar, and most tourist attractions are easily reachable on foot.

A special shoutout to the owner, Zurab—he is very kind, humble, and always willing to assist with anything we required. Housekeeping was done daily, and they even offered to keep our extra luggage while we visited nearby spots like Gudauri.

I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Tbilisi!

Трое из нас останавливались здесь на три ночи, и это было действительно комфортное и приятное пребывание. Расположение просто отличное — всего в пяти минутах от Старого Мейдана, и ко многим достопримечательностям можно дойти пешком. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Очень тихое, спокойное и безопасное место для проживания.

Spent 3 nights here. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old City. Inside the hotel, it was peaceful, which allowed for a good rest, even during the Halloween festivities over the weekend. The only issue was that the entrance is on a narrow street, making it a bit tricky for loading or unloading luggage from a taxi. You'll need to walk about 50 meters to find a spot where the taxi can park easily.

Terrible hotel. Booked a room for a day with friends, and we couldn't sleep at all. The odor inside the rooms and throughout the whole place is awful. At night, it got even worse, with the smell becoming unbearable. It feels like the hotel is built over a sewage system or polluted water. Wouldn't recommend it at all. The stench is suffocating.
