Apart-hotel "Old Tbilisi Apart Hotel"

Прекрасное пребывание в центре Тбилиси! Апартаменты были чистыми, уютными и удобно расположенными к основным достопримечательностям. Хозяева оказались добрыми и предложили гибкие условия заселения и выезда, а также организовали такси из аэропорта. Небольшая кухня оказалась очень кстати, все чувствовалось по-домашнему. Единственное, что можно улучшить — это комфорт кроватей. В целом, я бы с удовольствием остановился здесь снова.

The high ratings are surprising; it's decent, but not deserving of a 4.3. The room is roomy, bright, and has a pleasant vintage style. It's in a central location, just a short 2-3 minute walk from Liberty Square, which is convenient. However, cleanliness is an issue, with dust in the room and a neglected corner near the window. The shower was rusty, and the showerhead was broken. The person on the phone was friendly but had very limited English. Overall, it's okay, but don't set your expectations too high.

The experience here was the worst. The place is not clean and it's cramped. The worst part is the owner. He yelled in frustration when asked to open the door and made racist insults. This is the worst hotel experience of my life.

Spent a night here and while the location is excellent, right in the center of the old town with everything nearby, the experience had significant downsides. It was surprisingly quiet at night, which was a plus.

Now onto the issues:

1. The room was spacious and had the essentials, though strangely lacked a trash bin. It had limited natural light due to being on the ground floor. The "balcony" was just a large window facing an unattractive side street, where passersby could see into the room unless the curtains were drawn. We couldn’t even open the door to step outside. The room’s style might appeal to some, but it had a strange odor we couldn’t identify.

2. Getting into the hotel was a hassle. We had to call someone to let us in, and it took a while for a lady to finally open the door. We paid her in cash, and later the same day, a man (I assume the owner) contacted me via WhatsApp, apologized, and strangely wanted to see us that evening. I ignored it as I wanted to enjoy my night. The next day, after a trip to the mountains, I noticed several missed calls and messages from the owner asking if we had left without paying. I had to clarify that we’d paid the lady. He eventually realized and apologized, but this kind of miscommunication is frustrating.

Despite not being terrible, I can't see why it gets 5-star reviews. It wasn't deserving of top marks in my view. I’d rate it a 2 or 2.5, mostly for the location.

Reserved a place for my parents. Though the building is older, it's tidy and positioned right on Liberty Square. The host is super friendly and willing to assist. Overall, it was a great experience : ))

This small hotel requires a call to enter the building. It's located in a convenient area. The room is clean, though not very spacious. The bathroom is stocked with hygiene products. The natural light isn't very strong. Staying here for a day or two is recommended mainly for its location.

Es un lugar excelente, muy cerca del centro, limpio y con cocina propia, ubicado en un área tranquila. El personal es maravilloso, muy simpático y agradable. Te ayudan y aconsejan en lo que necesites. Le daría un 10/10.

Меня поражают положительные отзывы, которые я прочитала. Мы только что вернулись из Тбилиси, прекрасного города, но эти апартаменты ужасны. То, что заявлено в интернете, — сплошной обман. Интернет отсутствует, нет даже шкафа, матрац ужасный, нет посуды и так далее.

Прекрасный отель в шаговой доступности от центра города. Внешний вид соседнего здания может ввести в заблуждение, но внутри все на высшем уровне.

Отличное место. Всё рядом. Огромное спасибо Давиду!

Большое спасибо им, замечательный отель. Управляющая проявила высочайший уровень вежливости и добросердечности, она нам очень понравилась. Прием был восхитительным. Я бы не выбрал другой отель в Тбилиси.

Уютное местечко 💣💣💣 — всё рядом, всё под рукой. При этом так спокойно и тихо. Очень советую. Сотрудники вежливые и готовы помочь с любыми вопросами.

Все было замечательно: чистота, тишина, красота. Еще приятно, что разрешили бесплатно постирать одежду.

Unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, viele Ziele sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sogar um zwei Uhr nachts wurde ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert und uns beim Einladen geholfen.

Tamara je fantastična i stvarno se trudi oko svega. Svakodnevno je soba bila besprijekorno čista, a ručnici su redovno mijenjani. Nemam nikakvih zamjerki, sve je bilo savršeno.

Ризо — замечательный хозяин! Он старается сделать всё, чтобы гости чувствовали себя отлично: угощает вином, делает кофе с конфетами. Мы прибыли поздно, и он заказал еду и угостил нас вином. Нам разрешили оставить вещи после 12:00, прогуляться и даже принять душ перед отъездом, хотя мы уже выехали из номера. Очень рекомендую! Непонятно, почему некоторые оставляют плохие отзывы.
