מלון נמצא במיקום מרכזי בטביליסי, דקה אחת מתיאטרון האופרה בשדרות רוסטבלי, בלב העיר. בחדר יש מטבחון עם כל הציוד הדרוש: כיריים, מקרר, כלי אוכל וקומקום. השירות כאן מצוין והמקום נקי מאוד. בעלת המלון, אירינה, תמיד עונה על כל שאלה ומשתדלת לעזור. מומלץ בחום!

Amazing staff and fantastic rooms, with excellent shower pressure. The kitchen looked nice, though I didn’t use it. The location couldn’t be better. Cleanliness is top-notch, and it’s surprisingly affordable for such quality. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Tbilisi, this is the first I didn’t want to leave. Communication with the host is seamless, and checking out is simple. The building is modern compared to other Tbilisi options. Absolutely 10/10, planning to return! This spot surpasses expectations, offering more value than pricier alternatives. If you're unsure, just go for it!

Fantastic place to stay! The real highlight here is the warm and considerate hostess who pays great attention to every detail. It's obvious that the owner is passionate about their work. The property is impeccably clean. Towels and supplies are replaced regularly. There's a charming rooftop seating area and a user-friendly washing machine available. The location is perfect, within walking distance to numerous tourist attractions, yet quieter than other places we've stayed at in Tbilisi. Excellent value for money. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Очень чисто. Хозяйка дружелюбная и понимающая. Разрешили оставить багаж до вечера, чтобы без него гулять по городу. Хорошее расположение, в номере есть все необходимое. Отличная терраса для всех гостей. Она в тени, поэтому даже в жару там приятно находиться. Совсем не жалеем, что выбрали это место!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Initially planned to stay for 5 days, but it turned into almost a month. A toe injury left me unable to walk for the first week, and the rooftop was a real blessing when I couldn't explore the city. The hostess is kind and always reachable through messages. The kitchenette is well-equipped, making cooking easy. Everything you might need is available, and the location is peaceful, away from the tourist hustle but still central and convenient for reaching all the sights. I'll definitely be returning.

The location is ideal, near all the main spots yet still peaceful and private. The place is spotless and cozy, with a beautiful rooftop. Irina is an amazing host, always friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money, and I'd happily return.

Расположен в центре Тбилиси, рядом с Театром оперы и балета. Персонал очень дружелюбный, общается на трёх языках. Все новое и чистое, тихо, учтены все детали. Есть Wi-Fi, различные варианты освещения, прикроватные лампы для чтения, кондиционер, телевизор, душ, фен, сейф, много вешалок, тапочки, отличное постельное белье, всё для стирки, сушки и глажки. В номере есть балкон, на крыше терраса, мойка, микроволновка, чайник, индукционная плита и вся необходимая посуда. Также предоставляются чай, кофе, сахар, салфетки, специи и моющие средства. Зонты, нитки, иглы и термометр тоже в наличии. Если что-то забыли, это место позаботится о вас, как дома. Долго выбирали и очень довольны выбором!

Хозяйка здесь очень дружелюбная. Номера чистые и комфортные, а с террасы открывается уютный вид на город. Вокруг тихо, есть все нужное для удобного проживания. Отличное расположение. Мы довольны, что остановились здесь.
