We tried to enjoy some time here with the kids. I called beforehand to check if they were open for everyone, and they confirmed they were. However, when we got there, it was closed due to preparations for an event! We spent 30 minutes in a taxi with a little one, only to face pure frustration!!! 🤬 Terrible service. Definitely not recommending this place.

Ведущие старались, к тому же они говорят по-английски, что является плюсом. Кормили нас нормально, правда, это была в основном вредная еда, но для детских праздников это стандартная практика. Хотя многие моменты были не организованы должным образом. Еду для детей вынесли слишком рано, и когда они смогли поесть, она уже остыла. У костюмов был пугающий вид, один ребенок даже испугался. Были классные техничные штуки, и задумка обещала быть яркой и эффектной. Однако ничего из оборудования не работало, и сценарий пошел наперекосяк, так что обещанный эффект превратился в разочарование. На позитиве: ведущая всё же старалась, и дети в целом остались довольны. Торт нарезали плохо, вышла путаница: кто-то поел, а кому-то не хватило. Моя жена была вынуждена помогать аниматору, что говорит о недостатках в сервисе. В целом, видно, что старались, но нужно доработать многие моменты.

В ходе проведения мероприятия возникли существенные недоразумения с тем, что мы заказали. Наши просьбы не были учтены, и, к сожалению, ведущий допускал обидные высказывания в адрес детей, которые были труднопонимаемыми. 🤷♀️

Я уже посетила развлекательный центр Делюкс в Тбилиси и это отличное место для празднования дня рождения ребенка! Они предоставляют услуги организации дня рождения, аниматоров и организацию детских праздников. Моя семья и я полностью наслаждались этим мероприятием, а персонал был очень дружелюбным и внимательным.
