When we pay for specialized services, especially those involving medical-grade lasers, we expect competent care from trained professionals.I've been to other reputable laser clinics in Tbilisi without any issues. Unfortunately, they were fully booked, which led me to choose this clinic. Looking back, that was a mistake.Before my appointment, I reached out via Instagram to ask about their Alexandrite laser, specifically mentioning my darker hair and brown skin, seeking reassurance about its safety for my skin type. When I arrived, two individuals introduced as βspecialistsβ attended to meβone spoke English and the other Georgian. I asked again if my skin was suitable for Alexandrite, and they both confirmed it was safe before proceeding.During the procedure, I felt severe pain in certain areas, much worse than typical laser discomfort. Those areas are now burned, as confirmed by my GP. The next morning, before my flight to the US, I noticed peeling and painful skin. My doctor warned me to avoid clinics that don't consider a patient's skin type and phototype, which any qualified practitioner should do before using such a device.The negligence here is shocking. This clinic shows a complete lack of regard for safety, proper laser protocols, and basic professionalism.Totally unacceptable. This place deserves no stars.
