The Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Surami is a domed temple located on a high hill in the Surami region, next to the highway connecting Western and Eastern Georgia. This new temple was built in 1998 on the site of another temple. In one of the corners of the temple, lines are carved on a stone dedicated to its founders - Valery Gelashvili and Beitan Nozadze, as well as the architect Sheunda and Archil Mindiashvili.
