    The family was incredibly kind! I planned to stay just 2 nights, but a snowstorm blocked the road to Tbilisi. They let me stay for free until the road cleared. The food was tasty and affordable too. Traveling alone, I felt very safe here. I’ll definitely return! 🫶

    I spent a night at a guest house in Kazbegi in late December, and it was truly memorable.

    1. Weather & Room Comfort
    Coming from a place where it's usually around 40°C, the –23°C night in Kazbegi was quite a shock. Remarkably, the room was cozy and perfect for the cold, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

    2. The Host – Truly Exceptional
    The host here is the kindest I've ever met. Having traveled to over 12 countries, her warmth and care were unmatched. Despite my short stay, she made me feel right at home.

    3. Location & Atmosphere
    Located at the start of the serene town of Kazbegi, with its snow-covered streets and quiet, the atmosphere was magical. This enchanting place alone makes me want to return.

    4. Communication Note (Important)
    The only minor issue was the language barrier, as the host speaks only Russian and Georgian. An offline translator is highly recommended. Her kindness, however, makes communication easier.

    5. Wi-Fi & Basic Facilities
    The Wi-Fi worked well, and all essentials were provided. Everything was clean and well-kept.

    6. Value for Money
    The hospitality and service here are exceptional for the price. You receive warmth, safety, and genuine care, which is priceless.

    If you're visiting Kazbegi and want a genuine local homestay, this is the spot. Highly recommended for those who value warmth, tranquility, and authenticity over luxury.

    Белиссимо! Приехав в Степанцминду, я наткнулся на удивительность природы Грузии, которая только усилилась при посещении этого уютного гостевого дома. В этот момент забываешь обо всем, так как хозяева окружают заботой, словно ты их давний друг. Завтрак, поданный с истинной любовью к деталям, восхитил так, что захочется вернуться хотя бы ради него. Это место заставляет поверить в большие мелочи, которые делают жизнь ярче.
