    I stayed here for four nights, and I cannot recommend this place for several reasons.

    1. Location Issues: I booked through a site, but the map showed the wrong location. It seemed like it was near the main road, but it was actually far away and on a steep hill. Walking back uphill every day was exhausting.

    2. Wrong Room Type: I reserved a room with a queen bed but was given one with three single beds.

    3. Overbooking Problem: The host informed me that the property was overbooked and asked me to move to another guesthouse for part of my stay. I ended up spending one of my four nights elsewhere and had to move my luggage twice. The host seemed very apologetic, making it hard to refuse, but I did not receive any compensation or benefits for the trouble.

    4. Laundry Charge: I was charged 15 GEL to use the washing machine.

    5. Unreliable Breakfast Service: When I inquired about breakfast, I was told it wasn't available. However, I later saw other guests being served breakfast. It felt like, since I was alone, making breakfast for just one person was seen as inconvenient.

    The hostess is amazing, and there's a laundry facility along with a lovely courtyard and room. I'd definitely return if I'm in Kazbegi again.

    Отличный гостевой дом. Мы получили лучшую комнату с видом на Казбек. Дом очень понравился. В номере всё чисто, хорошая кровать без пружин, есть халаты. Кухня хорошая. Заселяйтесь, не пожалеете.

    La anfitriona fue encantadora, las vistas de las montañas eran hermosas y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Veníamos de una mala experiencia en otra casa de huéspedes, así que fue genial encontrar un lugar tan bueno.

    Wonderful guesthouse. Perfect spot with a stunning view of the Kazbegi mountain and Gergeti church. Rooms are clean and have all the essentials. Excellent WiFi. The hosts are very kind and supportive.

Вид на горы с террасы просто захватывает дух, а кухня укомплектована всем необходимым для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Wi-Fi стабильный, даже для видеозвонков. Комнаты уютные, санузел всегда в чистоте. Немного о просторечии, но для меня это часть атмосферы. Очаровательное место, куда хочется возвращаться.

    Расположение отличное — после длинных походов по горам вид из окна просто завораживает. Чистота и уют номеров впечатляют, как будто дома. Хозяева гостеприимные, чувствуешь себя как у старых друзей. Отличная база для активного отдыха, рекомендую всем!
