We are open for you every day from Monday through Sunday. Our hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday-Friday: 12:00 - 22:00 pm.
- Saturday-Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00.
You are also welcome on public holidays, which we will notify our guests in advance, and we will work with unwavering passion and dedication to quality service.

Incredible dining experience. Stunning views, delicious food, and the best service I've ever had. We tried a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, and nuts, and it was the finest we've had in Georgia. They also served us Kakhetian oil, which complemented the salad perfectly.

The food was among the best I've had in Georgia! Soso's passion for his work is incredible! Everything from the tomato, cucumber, and walnut salad to the Ojakhur, the beans in a pot, and the fantastic pork barbecue was outstanding! Nous sommes allés prendre un verre et nous sommes revenus pour le dîner. L'endroit est calme, avec une belle terrasse et une salle couverte. Le serveur Soso est très sympathique, plein de conseils et d'explications sur les plats typiques. Il parle bien anglais.

朝食にレストランを利用しました。25GELのセットには、パン、バター、ヨーグルト、ジャム、イチジクのコンポートを水で割ったジュース、サラミのようなソーセージのスライス、オムレツ（目玉焼きもできると聞きましたが、勝手に出てきました）、チーズ、そしてコーヒーまたは紅茶が含まれています。単品は異常に高いため、セットを選ばざるを得ませんでしたが、眺めも良く、スタッフも親切で、悪くはありませんでした。

Delicious food and even better service! We tried several dishes, enjoyed fresh warm bread, and had a lovely salad. It's a small family-run place, and I highly recommend it for a great experience. They even helped us learn about the dishes and made Khinkali.

The food here is incredible, possibly the best in Sighnaghi and even all of Georgia! The chef has an amazing attention to detail and takes great pride in his Georgian dishes. Everything is made fresh in the kitchen, and if you ask nicely, you can even try your hand at making Khinkali! These are the best Khinkali we've had in Georgia so far!
The rooftop terrace offers stunning sunset views, and you can enjoy fantastic homemade wines from Kakheti that the chef is passionate about.
The hotel rooms are luxurious and comfortable, and the chef is attentive to all your needs. During our unexpectedly rainy stay, he provided us with a lovely electric heater without us asking. He speaks excellent English and is always eager to chat, sharing stories about his life and Georgia while also wanting to hear about yours. - E
