По моему мнению, это место завышено в цене. Атмосфера действительно впечатляющая, но о еде сказать ничего не могу (мы заказывали только сырное ассорти, которое было вкусным и его принесли много). Однако обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Очень долго никто к нам не подходил, и мне пришлось самой обратиться к официанту, который общался с другим гостем. We went for a wine tasting and it was quite disappointing. The service felt unprofessional and lacked attention. The woman serving us was not very welcoming, especially compared to the polite and decent man serving the table next to us. Overall, the hospitality was lacking, which was surprising given the place's reputation.

We brought two bottles of wine that we haven't tried yet, but I have a feeling they'll be great. However, I have to say that the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Unlike the family-run winery we visited before, here the staff seemed to act without any supervision, misusing their authority and completely missing the mark on what hospitality should be.

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was the only disappointing meal during our trip in Georgia. The service was extremely rude, almost hostile. The food was tasteless and overpriced. When I brought up our issues to the staff, they argued with me instead of trying to fix things. I even reached out via WhatsApp to share my feedback, but they read my message and didn't bother to reply. I felt it necessary to leave this public review.

The wine tasting was fantastic, with great wines and thorough explanations. The food was delicious too. My only minor issue was that all the dishes arrived at once instead of being served gradually. I definitely recommend it if you're in Sighnaghi!

This place is a tourist trap. The prices are high, and the food is of low quality. The staff is rude. There are plenty of great authentic dining options in Georgia, so don't waste your time here. It seems to rely solely on its reputation. The wines are decent, but that's about it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

J'ai entendu parler de cet établissement grâce à un sommelier de Tbilissi. Il est réputé pour être l'un des pionniers du vin naturel en Géorgie et a reçu une certaine reconnaissance internationale à travers divers articles spécialisés.
Le vin que nous avons dégusté sur place était plutôt bon, mais l'offre était assez restreinte. En ce qui concerne le rouge sec, seul le millésime 2024 était disponible ce jour-là, bien qu'il y ait eu d'autres styles de vins.
Cependant, l'expérience globale a été décevante. Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h-18h et il n'y avait pas de dégustation proposée à ce moment-là. La cuisine n'était pas non plus ouverte car l'équipe préparait un dîner de groupe pour la soirée.
L'accueil était plutôt froid. Nous avons juste pris deux verres avant de faire un tour de la propriété, qui semblait aujourd'hui un peu vieillissante et pas bien entretenue. On ressent qu'il y a eu beaucoup d'énergie ici par le passé, mais l'impression actuelle est celle d'un lieu qui a perdu sa vivacité.
Le service manquait également d'implication : peu d'explications sur les vins et peu d'échanges passionnés au sujet du domaine.
En résumé, malgré la réputation historique de cet endroit, je ne le recommanderais pas particulièrement. D'autres caves et vignerons en Géorgie offrent une expérience plus chaleureuse et aboutie. - J
Every time we visit Georgia, we make sure to enjoy a meal and some excellent wine with good friends at this place. Sighnaghi never ceases to impress with its rustic charm and stunning views. This restaurant consistently offers one of the most enjoyable meals of our trip, and this time was no different. The ingredients are fresh, the menu looks simple but is very well balanced, and the food is truly outstanding. It's a must-visit in the area, and the wine is fantastic as well!
