We picked this spot for the views and the private jacuzzi. The views were stunning, but nearly everything else fell short. There was no hot water in the shower from 10 PM until we checked out at 9:30 AM, so we couldn’t shower at all. The shower itself looked poorly kept, with pipes barely holding together and silicone stains everywhere, making it feel like amateur work rather than glamping.

The "private jacuzzi" was misleading. It took hours to fill, and the jets barely worked, creating an awful noise instead of a relaxing experience, leaving us with a barely warm wooden tub. We paid extra for this, which felt like a joke.

My advice: don't let the photos raise your expectations too high — you'll likely be very disappointed. Also, when we tried to address our concerns with the property, either no one spoke English in the morning, or we were met with rudeness from the owner during our message exchange after checking out.

We chose this glamping for the amazing views, and they truly lived up to the hype. The view over the valley is breathtaking.

However, nearly everything else was disappointing, especially at €95 per night.

The bathroom was a letdown. The shower seemed poorly kept, with visible rust, worn seals, exposed pipes, and what looked like patchwork repairs. The shower curtain was poorly designed too. Most importantly, there was no hot water in the evening or the next morning, so we couldn’t shower at all.

The “private jacuzzi” was misleading as well. It's just a large wooden tub with a hose at the bottom, not a real jacuzzi. It takes about five hours to fill to only 70% of its capacity, making it impractical for a one-night stay. After an hour, it was only 10% full, and the bubble feature didn’t work.

Breakfast was another problem. It starts at 10:00 a.m., which is quite late. We left at 9:30 and ended up paying for a breakfast we couldn’t enjoy.

Overall, it seems the place focuses more on pretty pictures than on providing a worthwhile experience. The location deserves five stars, but the accommodations do not. At €45-50 per night, it would have felt fair, but at €95, it didn't.

I'm updating this review to highlight the inappropriate language used by the owner in their response. Anyone who reacts like that to honest feedback, which many others have echoed, shows a truly unpleasant attitude!!!

This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The service was terrible, and there was no effort to resolve any of our complaints.

The condition of the room was shocking. It was clearly not cleaned well, with dust under the beds and unclean sheets. There were no blankets, the air conditioning didn’t work, and several fixtures were broken, including the leaking toilet and the shower. The bathroom flooded constantly due to severe drainage issues. Basic comfort and maintenance were completely neglected.

Even the simplest hospitality standards were lacking—no drinking water provided in the room, and dirty dishes were left around. The hotel refused to accommodate an extra bed for a small child, forcing us to book another room, which felt unfair and exploitative.

Breakfast was unacceptable: stale bread and basic eggs, with no water offered.

The most serious issue was the lack of safety and emergency response. There was a wasp nest under the dining area, and one guest was bitten, having a severe allergic reaction. Shockingly, the hotel had no first aid supplies and refused to call for emergency help. Instead, staff threatened to contact the police when we asked for assistance. We had to find medical help on our own.

Overall, this hotel is unsafe, poorly maintained, and lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality or guest care. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Шампуни и гели для душа самые дешевые, можно потерять волосы.

И самое ужасное: меня ужалили два шершня, которые сделали гнездо под столом для завтрака. Когда я упал с стула, вместо помощи ко мне подошли администратор и уборщица и стали угрожать, что нужно поднять стул. Я попросил холодную воду, чтобы облегчить боль от укусов, и мне сказали, что она стоит 2 лари. В завтраке нет воды, так что приходится запивать черным кофе.

Когда я запросил аптечку, её не оказалось, а персонал только кричал на меня, пока я не начал корчиться от боли. Тогда они, наконец, вызвали скорую, которая приехала через 20 минут. Хорошо, что всё обошлось. Интересно, что было бы, если бы это был укус змеи ночью.

Из ответа менеджера и владельца очевидно, что они не собираются улучшать ситуацию. То, что мы высказали своё мнение, их задело. Ложные отзывы от владельца не могут скрыть правду о месте. Каждое слово, написанное мной, - правда, и ни одна из проблем не была решена в ответе от владельца, потому что у них нет на это оправданий.

The location of the glamping tents is amazing, and the tents themselves are very modern and comfortable with both air conditioning and heating. It would be great to have a slightly improved breakfast menu, like including eggs, tomatoes, and cheese. The coffee was good, and the staff were very helpful.

This is the most luxurious and cozy way to experience nature. Just a 15-minute walk from the city center, but it feels like a different world 😍. We constantly heard birds singing, even on rainy days. The views are stunning, and the host was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!! ❤️

Во второй раз в этом месте в это же время года. Абсолютно не подходит для комфортного отдыха в холодное время! Даже два обогревателя в комнате не помогают, очень холодно! Душ течет во все стороны, есть плесень. Заказали номер с завтраком, но его не было!) Перестали готовить, только чай и круассан!))) Но деньги взяли.) Радует купель с красивым видом на долину, но трубы замерзли, а все ради этого. Площадка с купелью вся в снегу, видимо, лень почистить. Цена и качество не совпадают, 300 лари в сутки! Позор!) Ни в коем случае! Подарили бутылку вкусного белого вина.
