    Обслуживание в этом банке оставило приятное впечатление. Сотрудники вежливые и внимательные, помогли понять все тонкости. Обстановка внутри уютная, чувствуешь себя комфортно, даже если приходится подождать. Единственный нюанс — курс не самый выгодный, так что рекомендую менять деньги заранее. В остальном всё замечательно!

    Заходить в это отделение банка больше не хочется: деньги на карте не появились, персонал не помог. Прождал в очереди почти час — всё зря. Задумываюсь о смене банка.
