    Бассейны я очень люблю! Мне кажется кто не любит силовые упражения на потных тренажерах, водные - это самый оптимальный вариант! Здесь и дыхание развивается и кожа потягивается, и самое главное все происходит очень приятно и комфортно для организма! Классная статья, очень легко читается!
