The church of the Holy Trinity stands in Doesi village of Kaspi Municipality. In Georgian such a church is called Sameba, and that is how it is known locally.
Doesi lies on the plain between Gori and Kaspi, by the Kura valley. Grakali, Teliani and Khovle are scattered nearby, and they have village churches of their own.
Regular services may not be held, and the church can be approached at any time. Modest clothing is appropriate, and candles and offerings are left in their places.
