Dumeila is the name of the church by Mirashkhani village in Aspindza municipality. No dedication has stuck to it, as often happens with the small village churches of Javakheti and Samtskhe.
Mirashkhani stands on the plateau south of Akhaltsikhe, between the Kura valley and the Vardzia side. Two kilometres away lies the village of Agara with a church of its own, and a little further Akhchia: a small cluster of village shrines on the approach to Vardzia.
