Arzne is a nakleziari: the Georgian word for a place where a church once stood. Wall foundations and traces of masonry remain, and no services are held here.
The place lies by Plate village, right next to Adigeni, on a slope above the Kvabliani valley. Meadows and copses surround it, with tall grass in summer.
Closed shoes make the walk easier: the remains of the masonry hide in the grass. Look at the stones without stepping on them.
