This place in the mountains of Tianeti Municipality is known as Lashari, and the name Lasharoba is also used. What stands here is a salotsavi, a place of prayer of the highland tradition, rather than a parish church.
The shrine sits on an open slope far from any houses. Ridges and valleys of eastern Mtianeti stretch around, and the track here is gravel.
Local people keep the order here. Do not step inside the enclosure without them, do not touch offerings or items left behind, and avoid noise or filming without permission.
