Kviratskhoveli of Kevliani stands on a wooded slope about eight hundred metres beyond the end of the village, at the confluence of the Tezami and Kviriti rivers, in Mtskheta Municipality. It is a tiny chapel, a little over two metres to a side, laid mostly of brick with cobble here and there, on lime mortar.
The chapel is of the hall type and stands entirely open on the west side, its walls about half a metre thick, with a vaulted covering running the full length. Large niches are made in the north and south walls.
A large rectangular niche fills the east wall and evidently served as the altar. A small window is cut in its middle and a narrow shelf is carved across it, so that niche and shelf together make a single composition in the form of a cross. The side walls end in a small shelf about a metre up, above which runs a narrow wall carrying a sharply sloping corbel.
