Martkop Historical and Ethnographic Museum, located in the village of Martkopi, Bolnisi municipality, was founded in 2002. This museum has the status of a non-entrepreneurial (non-profit) legal entity and is part of the Cultural Center of the Municipality of Gardabani. Its profile is historical, and the collection contains about 500 items. The museum's collection includes spectacular ethnographic and photographic materials related to the Martkop region. Open to the public every day, except Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00. Free entry is provided to children under 6 years of age, employees of Georgian and foreign museums, ICOM members (with ID cards), as well as people with disabilities upon presentation of valid ID cards, and refugees.
