Galaktion and Titian Tabidze House Museum

The House-Museum of the great Georgian poets, founded in 1966, is located in the village of Chkvishi in Georgia. The plot covers an area of 3 hectares, it houses two buildings for permanent exhibitions, historical writers' houses, a conference hall and a repository.
In the halls there are temporary expositions “Titian and Boris Pasternak”, “The Tsar-poet”, “Essays on Galaktion” and “I was born in April”. Georgian folk poets Galaktion and Titian Tabidze are known all over the world for their works “I and the Night”, “Moon of Mtatsminda", “Tbilisi Night", “At Ananuri", other poems, literary essays and poems.
They had a huge impact on the development of Georgian literature. The museum stores their personal belongings, documentary materials, memorabilia for writers, their portraits and sculptures, as well as ceramics, clothing and furniture. Of particular interest is the family library with old printed books of Tabidze's ancestors.

Я только что прочитал статью о доме-музее великих грузинских поэтов, и я просто восхищен! Я планирую посетить Грузию, и это место точно будет в моем списке обязательных остановок. Очень красивый дом-музей братьев Табидзе стоит посетить туристам, кто путешествует неподалеку. Среди зеленых насаждений сохранился в отличном состоянии дом, в котором жили и трудились эти известные грузинские поэты.
