House of Justice in Poti is a modern legal center focused on providing a wide range of public and private services within one institution. The effectiveness and accessibility of our services is supported by the guidance of the Ministry of Justice and the one-stop-shop principle.
At the House of Justice in Poti you can benefit from a variety of services, including legal advice, processing of documents such as electronic ID cards, foreign passports, as well as property registration and registration services for births and minors.
We strive to provide maximum convenience and efficiency for our clients by dividing the space into several functional areas. The self-service area offers automated systems for quick access to services, the quick service area serves customers needing services that take less than 5 minutes, and the long-term service area is designed for more complex requests.
We ensure that every visitor receives the information and assistance they need through our electronic queue management system, as well as information banners and guides posted throughout the hall. All these elements are aimed at simplifying the service process and increasing convenience for our customers.
With more than 450 services provided in 24 offices throughout Georgia, the Poti House of Justice is a key part of the citizen service system, while we work tirelessly to expand and improve our services to provide a better experience for our clients.
