Keda and Around

Keda is the first stop on the road from Batumi into highland Adjara and is considered the region's main wine district. The slopes around the town are covered with terraced vineyards, as in Pirveli Maisi, while the side gorges hide waterfalls: Dzentsmani, Medzibna and the cascades near Merisi and Kveda Bzubzu. Near Dologani a stream has cut a narrow canyon that you can walk along its floor. The gallery also shows wooden houses and granaries on stilts, winter villages under snow and forest trails covered in autumn leaves.
