    Our experience at the hotel in Racha was fantastic. The service was top-notch, the rooms were stunning and cozy, and the views were simply amazing. The setting is ideal for taking in the beautiful nature and tranquil vibe of Racha. Highly recommend it โ€” we will surely return!

    We were a group of 14 celebrating a birthday and had booked several rooms at this hotel ahead of time. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to learn that one of our reserved rooms had been given to someone else, which completely disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress for the entire group.

    The staff did not handle the situation with professionalism or take responsibility for their error. A confirmed reservation should mean just that โ€” confirmed. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for a large group traveling for an important occasion.

    Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.

    Had an amazing time! The cozy room and tasty meals at the restaurant were perfect. The staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. It's a great dog-friendly spot. The mountain views are stunning. Weโ€™ll definitely come back!
