Georgian rugby players dominated the USA in the preparatory match in Tbilisi

Before the close start of the Rugby World Cup, the Georgian national team demonstrated its outstanding form, confidently defeating the United States team in the preparatory match in Tbilisi with a score of 22:7.

The exciting competition began with Tabutsadze's strike in the 11th minute, followed by Mamukashvili's active attacks and the successful implementation of Matkav, bringing the team 12 points against rivals.

The U.S. national team managed to respond a few minutes later, conducting a successful attack and winning back one attempt. The first half ended with a score of 12:7 in favor of Georgia.

In the second half of the match, the Georgian team increased its pressure. In the 60th minute they made a great attack, adding a few more points. Nanuashvili's free kick made the outcome of the match indisputable - 22:7.

The second half of the meeting left the guests without additional points.

The next important stage for the Georgian national team will be the World Cup, which will be held from September 8 to October 28, 2023. In this tournament, Georgia will play in the same group with such teams as Australia, Wales, Fiji and Portugal.
