Tbilisi Botanical Garden will hold a baking festival: a rich program, tastings and sweepstakes
This weekend, from September 23 to 24, the Tbilisi National Botanical Garden will hold a traditional bread festival.
The organizers invite guests and residents of the capital to get acquainted with various varieties of Georgian lavash and other bread products, attend an exciting master class and learn how to bake Meskhetian kada, enjoy the processes of kneading dough and baking in a real Georgian wood-burning stove (tone). And everyone will be able to take part in the drawing on the topic of interest.
The organizers have provided a special room where visitors will be able to communicate with successful masters of baking, plunge into the world of recipes and subtleties of cooking the most fragrant and delicious bread.
The musical accompaniment of the festival will be provided by the famous musician Georgy Tskhadadze with his band, as well as a folklore ensemble that will perform at the opening of the festival.
Another interesting feature of the festival will be the wine corner, where the exquisite collections of the Georgian Wine Guild will be presented. Everyone will be able to learn the history of winemaking in Georgia, as well as taste various varieties of this divine drink.

В статье фестиваль назван традиционным, значит в этом году тоже есть возможность посетит такое мероприятие? Думаю, желающие из числа туристов обязательно найдутся. На празднике можно не только попробовать всевозможные виды выпечки, но и самостоятельно испечь что-то на мастер-классе. Вино и музыка по грузинской традиции прилагаются!
