After a holiday in Turkey, Russians return home by Georgian ways
The land borders with Georgia were closed a year ago due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents of Russia staying in Turkey at that time could not get to their homeland by their own vehicles.
After the resumption of work of the Georgian checkpoints, Russian motorists were able to go home. The situation is being monitored by the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Trabzon.
Today, foreigners can come to Georgia if they did not visit India the day before. To cross the border, you must have a negative result of a three-day PCR test or provide a document on completed vaccination against coronavirus.
