    Doliczyli nam do rachunku dodatkowe danie, którego nie zamawialiśmy. Zorientowaliśmy się dopiero po wyjeździe. Mieli zwrócić nam pieniądze, ale tego nie zrobili. A te prysznice były z zimną wodą… Nie polecam.

    Our stay was absolutely lovely at this hotel 🤍. The atmosphere was serene, beautiful, and just what we needed for a perfect retreat. The staff were friendly, warm, and always willing to assist. The rooms were well-equipped for a comfortable experience, complete with bathrobes, slippers, and all the necessary amenities. The spa area was particularly noteworthy, offering a calming environment ideal for unwinding and recharging. Breakfast was simply amazing: fresh, delicious, and very satisfying. We can't wait to return 🥰🥰🥰.

    I had a lovely time here — the hotel is both cozy and beautiful. It’s a fantastic spot if you want to be outside the city. It's only about an hour from Tbilisi. The tranquility here is definitely worth it :) I will surely return in the summer.

    標題：環境與服務無可挑剔，但硬體設施令人失望這家酒店的環境十分迷人，整體氛圍讓人放鬆，房價也非常實惠。特別要讚揚接待處的工作人員，他們非常友好和專業，讓人感到愉快，服務水準極高。不過，酒店存在一些硬體上的問題。由於當地水壓不足，房間的廁所出水速度很慢，熱水供應也不穩定，水溫時冷時熱，使用體驗不佳。另外，房間的花灑頭甚至出現掉落的情況。雖然前台迅速幫我換了房間，但第二間房的廁所仍有一股難聞的氣味，估計是整棟建築的管道系統有問題，換房也無法解決。儘管硬體設施令人困擾，但早餐的品質非常高，絕對是旅行中的亮點。總的來說，這是一家很有誠意的酒店，如果能徹底解決廁所和水壓等硬體問題，將會是完美的選擇。目前只能說，如果你能接受硬體上的不便，這裡的服務和美食絕對不會讓你失望。早餐時間九時至11時。

    因為這間住宿評價很高，我們選擇了這裡。到達後用餐時，我們點了蒜蓉雞肉，結果雞肉還帶著血水，要求廚房再煮熟，結果等了30分鐘才上菜，價格30gel，份量不值。早餐的包類很好吃，特別是牛角酥和黑麵包，外脆內軟。房間的熱水供應不足，員工解釋是水壓的問題，淋浴時必須在浴室裡等一陣子才能有熱水，常常需要半小時以上才能洗乾淨。房間的裝潢很時尚，但廁所的臭味彌漫整個房間，這必須得到解決，因為這嚴重影響了我們的住宿體驗。
