A small church stands in Pusdi, one of the quarters of Mestia. No separate dedication has stayed with it, and it is known by the name of the place.
It is about seven hundred metres from the church of St Nino and a little over a kilometre and a half from the church of the Saviour: all three stand within the town, and one evening on foot is enough to see them. Around it is the ordinary Svan building with its towers, and beyond the town the slopes rise towards Hatsvali.
Go in as you would enter any Svan church: quietly, with shoulders and knees covered. Many of the small churches of Mestia stand beside dwelling yards, so if the gate is shut it is better to ask the neighbours than to look for a way round.
