    An amazing stay in Mestia! This hotel was the ideal place for my trip. It's located in a quiet area but still close to everything. The room was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable, with a fantastic bed and top-quality linens. The bathroom was modern and clean. What really made a difference was the warm and considerate hospitality — the hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mestia. It truly made my stay special!

    Отношение к гостям ужасное! Хотели продлить 3 номера на еще один день. На ресепшене сказали, что всё в порядке. На следующее утро, перед тем как ехать на горнолыжный, попытались оплатить продление, а нам заявили, что номера уже заняты и нам надо выселяться. На вопрос, почему вчера говорили, что всё в порядке, начали разбираться с камерами, но извинений так и не было. В итоге, день на горнолыжке пропал, а баню, за которую мы платили заранее в другом отеле, пришлось отменить, потеряв 50% стоимости. В итоге, собирались и выселялись в спешке. На букинге, кстати, номера были доступны в тот день. С таким ужасным отношением точно не советую это место.

    Замечательное место, скорее напоминает гостевой дом, но в очень хорошем смысле этого слова. Персонал здесь просто отличный — такие добрые и отзывчивые люди. Завтраки невероятно вкусные, особенно люблю их оладьи. В общей зоне приятно посидеть у камина, он добавляет уюта. Если вы любите лыжи или сноуборд, организуют трансфер, что очень удобно.

    Этот отель — настоящая жемчужина. Семейная атмосфера, теплая и душевная, словно возвращение домой после долгой поездки. Завтраки в отеле — просто фантастика, как будто завтракал у бабушки: вкусно, разнообразно, хочется попробовать всё. В Местии теперь есть одно место, куда всегда хочется вернуться. Рекомендую!
