Guest house "Keti Margiani"

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche georgischen Hausweins herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das familiengeführte Gasthaus ist einfach, aber sehr sauber und liebevoll betrieben. Die ganze Familie hilft mit, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders macht.

Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurden wir bestens versorgt. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr reichhaltig und ideal für die vielen Wanderungen in der Umgebung von Mestia.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Sandro. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns wertvolle Tipps zu Wanderungen zu geben, uns durch das beeindruckende Familienmuseum geführt und uns sogar persönlich zum Startpunkt einer Wanderung gefahren. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft sind wirklich bemerkenswert.

Die Herzlichkeit der ganzen Familie hat unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Für uns war dies die schönste Unterkunft und die herzlichste Gastfreundschaft, die wir während unserer Reise durch Georgien erlebt haben.

Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Sollten wir jemals wieder nach Georgien reisen, werden wir definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

A wonderful family runs this lovely guesthouse, which features beautiful rooms and a warm atmosphere. The place is clean and comfortable, offering breathtaking views. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast in the garden with a view of the mountains and towers of Mestia, making our stay truly perfect. Thank you!

We had a confirmed booking for two rooms for four people, but when we arrived, the hotel informed us that they no longer had a room for us. Instead of taking responsibility and canceling the booking on their end, they pressured us to cancel it ourselves, which would have made it seem like it was our fault.

They offered us a room at a different hotel, but it was much farther away and of much lower quality than what we had originally booked. After traveling, this was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

A confirmed reservation should mean that the hotel honors it. If they overbook or can't fulfill a booking, they should take responsibility rather than asking guests to cancel. I cannot recommend staying here due to their poor management and unprofessional handling of the situation.

Be cautious when booking here. Even with a confirmed reservation, there's no guarantee they will have a room for you upon arrival.

Great spot with comfortable rooms and nice views. Breakfast is okay. There's basically no WiFi, and it's cash only. It's a good choice, but Mestia has better options.

Wonderful experience with a fantastic host! The rooms upstairs are well-designed, cozy, and offer a stunning view of the valley from the small balcony or terrace. Breakfast was enjoyed twice and was both delicious and diverse. A delightful bonus is the property's adorable dogs.

Местоположение неудобное для пеших прогулок, так как сильный подъём в гору, нужно быть в хорошей физической форме. Номера нормальные, но отсутствие перегородки в душевой делает так, что после приёма душа вся ванная комната мокрая. Завтрак средний, кроме хачапури мало грузинских блюд, и стоит 20 GEL с человека, о чём хозяйка заранее не предупредила. Однако, с террасы открываются потрясающие виды на всё город.

С первого шага по порогу этого гостевого дома понимаешь, что попал в особенное место. Тепло и душевная атмосфера, словно приехал к старым добрым друзьям. До сих пор перед глазами потрясающий вид на горы, который открывается прямо из окна. Природа завораживает, но и внутри дома чувствуется уют и забота. Эти чувства останутся со мной надолго. 🤍
