    Located in the center of Mestia, this hotel offers stunning views and has both indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they serve tasty food along with a wide selection of drinks. Although it’s a bit more expensive than nearby restaurants, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed my time there.

    Lange wachttijden. De menukaart ziet er goed uit, maar veel gerechten zijn niet beschikbaar. Zelfs geen frietjes! Een vervangend gerecht met gebakken aardappelen, dat twee keer zo duur was, werd zwart gebakken geserveerd. Dat kan echt niet. De muziek is leuk, maar te hard voor het terras. Geen goede ervaring en het was het geld niet waard.

    The hotel appears nice, but that’s misleading. We booked the spa as outside guests and found the Finnish sauna only at 67 degrees. The towels and bathrobe were dirty, and the shower was not functioning properly. They refused to give us a full refund because we had "used" the facilities.

    This is a great restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the positive reviews. Our food was served quickly, and everything was tasty with generous portions. The staff were polite, there was live music, and the place was clean. The room was also very tidy. Gio and Gvantsa at the reception were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Many thanks to the team! ❤️❤️

    Die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und es sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Wir haben zweimal im Restaurant im vierten Stock gegessen und waren zufrieden. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter waren professionelle, aber sie waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir schätzen Freundlichkeit mehr als Professionalität. Die Lage im Zentrum ist super. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber in Ordnung und entspricht den Bildern.

    Не понимаю, почему так много отрицательных отзывов, может, они касаются исключительно ресторана. Но на основе нашего опыта, нам очень понравилось проводить 7 дней в этом отеле. Здесь царит такая домашняя атмосфера, что чувствуешь себя как дома среди друзей. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, всегда помогали с любыми нашими просьбами. Особая благодарность Георгию и Гаузе за создание замечательной атмосферы для отдыха.
