Непросто оставить нейтральный отзыв после такого обилия положительных откликов, но все же рискну. Организация неплохая, но были нюансы. Водитель опаздал на 15 минут, что внесло неудобство в начало экскурсии. Гид знал материал, но рассказывал немного сухо, без искры. В общем, впечатления остались смешанные. Надеюсь, они примут меры для улучшения сервиса.
