The experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money at all.

Terrible experience, they deceive customers. They don't explain where the tour will go or provide details about the tickets. We ended up paying more than we should have. The driver was reckless. I paid in advance, and when my wife fell ill, I asked for a refund, but they refused. I suggest renting a car; it would be a better option than dealing with them. They're just renting out cars and drivers, very bad.

This travel agency provided an excellent experience. The pricing was quite reasonable and the driver was very friendly. They arranged a pickup for a nearby group tour and showed us all the canyons. I highly recommend them.
