The reasons for my disappointment in this salon (master Anna):
1. They promised a Russian-speaking manicurist, but in reality it turned out to be a specialist who spoke neither Russian nor English.
2. The technician tried very hard to file my nails, causing a lot of pain. I had to turn to an experienced master for help.
3. Three cuts appeared on my nails that were bleeding.
4. When visiting the toilet located in a common area, I discovered a toilet that didn’t flush – a real surprise!
5. All the other masters had already finished their work and were accepting new clients while I was still getting a manicure. It took a full 2.5 hours, which seemed unnecessarily long to me.
6. During the entire manicure procedure, the master did not use gloves.
In general, the visit to this salon left much to be desired.
