Заведение оснащено современным оборудованием, водные процедуры качественные, и персонал очень внимателен. Однако возникли сомнения относительно качества тапочек. Неприятное впечатление оставил отказ предоставить заявленную скидку, о которой мне не сообщили при оплате услуг в первый день. Неожиданный отказ снизить стоимость новых услуг вызвал у меня разочарование и сильно подорвал доверие к заведению.

Лучшее место в Цхалтубо. При входе приятный аромат духов, красивая и ухоженная мебель. Заботливый персонал, помнит имена каждого посетителя! Выдают халаты, тапочки, полотенца и индивидуальные шкафчики. Мы в восторге!
