Fantastic bar with a great vibe and excellent drinks. I loved everything I tried, and the service was top-notch. A special shoutout to the manager, Tato, who was incredibly helpful and enhanced my experience. Highly recommend this spot!

I expected more from a rooftop at a hotel like this. The outdoor furniture is cheap and worn, with cushions that are barely usable. There's a nice enclosed area with windows, but they don't open, making it uncomfortably hot even in mild weather. The staff are kind and try hard, but they really need proper training, which should be provided by management. The shisha was poorly prepared, with the bowl overpacked and the tobacco burning quickly. I even had to repack it myself. When I asked for a coal change, they initially said it wasn't possible and I had to order a new one, which was surprising. Eventually, they agreed to light new coals as a favor, but forgot until I reminded them after 30-40 minutes. They only offer a limited selection of Serbetli flavors and no dark leaf tobacco. On a positive note, the cheesecake and cappuccino were excellent. I didn't try any other food. Overall, this place doesn't live up to the standards of similar hotels I've visited in Belgium and the Netherlands. It's not the upscale and comfortable spot it should be.

Buvome didelė draugų grupė ir ragavome skirtingus kokteilius. Pirmieji buvo skanūs, padavėja greitai priėjo ir mandagiai aptarnavo, nors kokteilių teko palaukti. Po kurio laiko užsisakėme dar kartą prie baro ir užkandžių su desertais. Kai kurie kokteiliai buvo tokie patys, nes labai patiko, juos padavėja rekomendavo iš pradžių. Antrą kartą kokteilius atnešė po ilgo laukimo, o jų skonis skyrėsi – vietoj kivio ir laimo buvo apelsinas, spalva oranžinė, kitoks sirupas. Atrodė, kad tai tiesiog multivitaminų sultys su džinu. Padavėja sakė, kad tai kitokia kokteilio versija, bet nesuprantama, kaip tas pats gėrimas gali taip skirtis du kartus iš eilės. Visi norėjome pirmosios versijos, kuri buvo geresnė. Viskio sour buvo lyg citrinų koncentratas, tropinis kokteilis – ledų ir degtinės mišinys. Užkandžiai buvo normalūs. Antras užsakymas sumažino kokteilių ir aptarnavimo kokybę nuo 5 iki 2 žvaigždžių. Avoid this place if you're black or a foreigner. On Friday, April 24, 2026, I felt like an outsider. I asked for a specific table, and they said they'd prepare it. But when some locals arrived and requested the same table, suddenly it wasn't available for me anymore. The only reason seems to be my race. Terrible service, the worst I've encountered since coming to Georgia!
