My stay was incredible! I don't even know where to begin. The rooms were fantastic, with huge, super comfortable beds and everything was spotless. The view from the stone balconies was breathtaking, and the garden was lovely. Most importantly, the host, Polina, was amazing—so warm, charming, and hospitable. Chatting with her was a pleasure, and the breakfast she made was delicious! I would definitely come back here without a doubt!

В отеле есть всё необходимое, чистота на высшем уровне. Завтраки просто великолепные! ❤️ Отличное расположение в центре и потрясающие виды😍 С удовольствием вернёмся снова 🤗

This place offers a stunning panoramic view of Kutaisi and the river. It's a short and easy walk to the town center. The hosts are thoughtful and kind, sharing homemade spirits, fresh citrus from their garden, and delicious, beautifully presented handcrafted breakfasts. The decor is charming and personal, featuring artistic pieces that made me wish I could stay longer to relax and read on the veranda. Overall, it was an A+ experience for this happy Californian.
