Incredible hotel with a fantastic view.

L'hotel si trova in una zona centrale di Kutaisi, ma le strade sono molto strette, rendendo difficile il passaggio e il parcheggio. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto al personale per uscire, poiché la strada era bloccata dalle auto parcheggiate dai vicini.

Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata rovinata da un brutto episodio con il personale all'arrivo. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, ci siamo seduti sul letto e abbiamo sentito un rumore strano; alzando il materasso, abbiamo scoperto che il letto era rotto. Siamo scesi in reception, un paio d'ore dopo il check-in, per segnalare il problema e, invece di scusarci, volevano farci pagare il danno. È stata un'assurdità. Solo dopo una discussione e l'intervento di un direttore siamo riusciti a ottenere delle scuse e un cambio camera gratuito.

Le stanze sono carine, ma necessitano di maggiore attenzione nella pulizia e di un sistema migliore per oscurare le finestre, altrimenti ci si sveglia alle 6 con la luce. La colazione è abbondante e poco dolce, ma ho notato che è una caratteristica tipica della Georgia.

Fate attenzione alle recensioni positive, poiché offrono uno sconto nel bar per chi ne scrive una, quindi le persone potrebbero non essere del tutto sincere.

Disappointing experience, not as advertised.

The location sounds appealing, but it's actually hard to access. The hotel is located in very narrow alleyways, making it impossible to reach by car, which isn’t mentioned in the listing. If you have luggage, you'll have to walk through tight streets.

Dining options are very limited. The only meal served at the hotel is breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you either have to order delivery or walk about 1km to the city center, which is again not disclosed upfront.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos. Given the price, the space isn’t worth it.

If you're planning day trips to places like the Prometheus Caves or Martvili Canyon, the lack of on-site dining and difficult car access adds unnecessary hassle to your stay.

The hotel has potential due to its proximity to Kutaisi's old town, but it needs to be clearer about its access issues and food options before guests book.

Had a fantastic stay! The views were stunning, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly welcoming. The peaceful atmosphere was ideal for families. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! 😊
