Отель очень простой, чистый и приятный, рядом с центром Кутаиси. До всех замечательных ресторанов и достопримечательностей города можно дойти пешком. Хозяева оказывают большую помощь, дают отличные советы, организуют экскурсии и помогают с трансфером в аэропорт. Это хорошее место за свои деньги с замечательными людьми, которые его обслуживают. Очень рекомендую остановиться здесь.

Отель не заслуживает такой высокой оценки. Стены очень тонкие, и слышно абсолютно всё, что происходит в коридорах и соседних номерах, будто люди кричат прямо в ухо. Из-за расположения на оживлённой улице, шум снаружи невероятно громкий. Состояние номеров оставляет желать лучшего. Ванная комната была очень грязной и требовала тщательной уборки и ремонта. На два дня нам дали только пол-рулона туалетной бумаги. Постельное бельё не было глажено, и хотя надеюсь, что его всё-таки стирали, запаха чистоты не ощущалось, а на полотенцах были пятна ржавчины. На ресепшене никогда никого нет, всё обслуживание осуществляется самостоятельно. Если возникают вопросы или проблемы с бронированием, поговорить не с кем. Единственное достоинство — удачное расположение. Оплатить можно только наличными.

Visited in October for the first time and were so impressed that we returned. The rooms are spotless, with fresh linens and immaculate amenities. There is a well-stocked kitchen, complete with dishes, a refrigerator, and napkins, plus a charming courtyard for meals. On the eve of our departure, the hotel manager inquired if we needed a ride to the airport. We were planning an early morning taxi, but none were available. In a pinch, we contacted the manager, who arranged transport within ten minutes. His father kindly drove us to the airport, and we were truly grateful. When we realized later that our child had left a toy in the car, the gentleman even came back to return it to us at the airport. Highly recommend for comfortable rooms at a great price with outstanding service.
