Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, με όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για υγιεινή. Ήσυχο και ήρεμο περιβάλλον. Πλούσιο πρωινό και ωραίο λόμπι. Πολύ περιποιημένο ξενοδοχείο. Μείναμε ένα βράδυ και ήμασταν πολύ ικανοποιημένοι.

Great and budget-friendly accommodation in Kutaisi. It's within walking distance to the city center. On-site parking is available. The rooms are both comfortable and luxurious. The food is incredibly tasty. The staff is very welcoming. Overall, it's an ideal place to stay.

Уровень сервиса абсолютно неприемлемый, полное игнорирование личного пространства. Я находился в своем номере с закрытой дверью, когда незнакомая женщина без стука и предупреждения просто открыла дверь и вошла. Увидев меня, она сразу же развернулась и быстро ушла.
Я вышел в коридор и спросил, что произошло, но она лишь пожала плечами и не объяснила ничего. Администрация не отреагировала должным образом. Не было ни извинений, ни попыток разобраться в ситуации. Это не просто неприятный инцидент, а серьезное нарушение безопасности и приватности гостей.
После такого инцидента невозможно доверять отелю. Сервис ужасный, отношение безответственное. Не рекомендую. - S
The facilities were in poor condition, the fried rice served at breakfast was spoiled, and no one seemed to care when I mentioned it. The service was really lacking, so I can't recommend this place.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Ein großes Lob an die Putzfrau, die uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln geschenkt hat. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, da unsere Nachbarn im Zimmer daneben eine Katastrophe waren, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Trotzdem hat es unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt.
