Hostel "The Friends Hostel"

Администратор был под воздействием алкоголя. Международная группа (русский, грузин и украинка) громко пила водку и слушала музыку до часа ночи. Потом продолжали без музыки до 4-х утра (тут спасибо им!). Затем пара из этой компании из соседней палаты стонала полтора часа, успокоились только к 6 утра. Не удалось выспаться. Завидовал грузину.

I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The private room was fine, but the rest of the place felt messy and dirty, especially the kitchen. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The sauna costs an extra 50gel. There are children living in the hostel.

EDIT - STAY AWAY! I paid in advance, so what they described didn’t happen to me. I noticed they respond similarly to others who leave low ratings. The staff don’t speak enough English to communicate properly.

I spent two nights here and had a wonderful experience. I arrived late, but the reception was very warm. The hostel features a unique tent-style sauna that is amazing. Its location is also excellent, with easy access to the city center. Overall, it's a comfortable and pleasant place where I enjoyed my stay. I definitely recommend it.

Definitely recommend this place! It’s very cozy, and both the owner and the staff are incredibly nice. You can enjoy a lot of privacy and tranquility. I was able to study for five hours without any distractions or noise. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to move on with my trip. If I return to Kutaisi, I know exactly where I’ll be staying! Highly recommend it!

Это лучший хостел, в котором я когда-либо останавливался. Удобное местоположение, замечательные хозяева и дружеская атмосфера, несмотря на разнообразие гостей из разных уголков мира. Есть баня, бассейн, завтрак и хорошее настроение всегда. Много интересных мест в пешей доступности. Особая благодарность Елене и Алексею за отличную организацию отдыха и комфорт. Уезжать не хотелось совсем. Очень рекомендую!

I visited this hostel twice, once in October and again in December. The garden is beautiful, and I enjoyed working from a hammock there; in December, I also got to eat fresh persimmons.

Many travelers stay here, and I met some fantastic people, including cyclists who rode all the way from Europe to Georgia. There were guests from various countries, which helped me practice my English, and I was surprised to find a lot of Spanish speakers, which motivated me to start learning Spanish.

The hostel is cozy with spacious rooms, and the kitchen is well-equipped. A Ukrainian guest cooked amazing borshch and bograch. Even though the hostel doesn't allow alcohol, you can still buy a nice selection of wine and snacks, making it easy to socialize and have fun.

I also attended the opening of the sauna, which was perfect for the cold, rainy days, and I even went with the owners to hot springs. There’s a workspace available, and they have umbrellas and raincoats to borrow for exploring the city. The owner loves hiking, and you can purchase thermoses, flasks, and other small hiking gear at the hostel.

Очень понравилось 😊... почти в центре города 👍🏼... чисто и недорого... в несезон за 7$ я была одна в комнате 👌🏼😱... всем советую 😎

這家青旅坐落在山坡上，輕鬆步行就能到達巴格拉特主教座堂，欣賞到城市的夜景和高加索山脈的美。青旅的老闆非常友善。每個床位都配有插座和燈光，還有兩個大型浴室和兩個外部廁所可供使用。住客可以自取乾淨的床單、枕頭、被套和毛巾。廚房設備齊全，還有用餐區、休息區、桌遊區和工作區。晚上11點後會禁止喧嘩，這樣的規定很好，顯示出他們對住客生活品質的重視。進門後需將鞋子放在指定位置，也不允許在房間內使用香水和飲食，讓房間保持清新，適合休息，真的很棒，房間也保持著一定的清潔。我建議搭計程車到達青旅後再步行觀光，因為這裡靠近老城，主要景點都能步行到達。原本只打算住一晚，結果因為太喜歡這裡，最後住了五天四夜！
