Poměr cena / výkon je opravdu dobrý. Nicméně, mít wc a sprchu v jedné místnosti bez dostupného hadru s koštětem je nešťastná volba.

Per un prezzo così, cosa si può volere di più? Uno dei migliori posti in cui sono stato. Tariffe incredibilmente basse. Ho pagato solo 9 euro a notte per una stanza privata con due letti singoli e una finestra. La pulizia è impeccabile ogni giorno, e ci sono tanti bagni e docce pulitissimi. La posizione è centralissima, e ho incontrato viaggiatori simpaticissimi da tutto il mondo. Lo staff e il personale delle pulizie sono sempre gentili e disponibili. Voglio ringraziare Amiko alla reception: parla perfettamente diverse lingue e mi ha aiutato a sentirmi a mio agio e a fare amicizia con altri ospiti. Grazie a tutto questo, ho deciso di prolungare il mio soggiorno in questa splendida città.

Upon checking in, they requested an additional payment. After paying, I realized I'd already paid through booking.com. The receptionist didn't bother to verify this information. There was no immediate refund or solution. I waited daily for updates from the staff about my refund, but they were unhelpful. They ignore my emails, and I'm still waiting for my money back. I can't recommend this place at all. With all respect, this is not how a business should be run.
