Our experience here was fantastic! The host's communication was excellent from beginning to end. The bed and pillow were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. The host waited for us when we arrived at 3 am and also offered us a tasting of Georgian wine and food on other days. Plus, there was an adorable dog on the premises. We will definitely return!

Ein sehr schönes Gästehaus. Ich verbrachte hier nur eine Nacht, aber fühlte mich sehr wohl. Außer den Gastgebern war niemand da, was für eine wunderbare Ruhe sorgte. Das Bett war bequem, es gab heißes Wasser und die Küche durfte mitbenutzt werden.

The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or recommendations for local attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The common areas offer a perfect space to relax and meet fellow travelers. Plus, the location is convenient for accessing the city's must-see places. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Чистый уют и вообще — как дома. Вассо встречает как старого друга, сразу чувствуешь себя в теплом кругу заботы и внимания. Домашнее вино — определенно самое лучшее начало любой поездки. Интерьер потрясающий, везде порядок и чистота — настоящая ода комфорту. Люди здесь делают все, чтобы ты уехал с хорошими воспоминаниями и вернулся снова.

Здесь просто волшебно. В саду, где апельсиновые деревья, я встретил жизнерадостного пса. Место, где окружают внимание и доброта, а вид завораживает душу. Чувствуешь себя как дома, а может, даже лучше.

Комфортное и чистое место, где приятно провести время после долгих прогулок по городу. Кухня на общем уровне — настоящая находка для тех, кто любит готовить самостоятельно. Единственный нюанс — ванная комната в коридоре, что немного удивило. В остальном, уют, удобство и дружелюбная атмосфера. Рекомендую.

Если выбирать, то только здесь. Искал место с минимальными излишествами, чтобы больше погрузиться в атмосферу. Вариантов перебрал множество, но здесь каждый мелкий нюанс оказался продуман. Хозяин не просто приветливый, он словно тайный гид по Кутаиси — советы актуальны и экономят кучу времени и денег. Услуги даже такие, про которые сам бы не догадался спросить, но они есть. Все бытовые мелочи учтены. Рад, что выбрал это место — ожидания превзошли.

Wizzair's flight schedule led us to explore Kutaisi, and I'm grateful. Unlike urban Tbilisi, Kutaisi offers stunning natural landscapes. The accommodation is a clean and cozy place located on a hill, managed by a warm and helpful host, Mr. Vaso. Even before our arrival, he offered valuable advice like exchanging currency in Georgia for better rates and planning realistic itineraries given the city's rich attractions. Despite our delayed flight, Mr. Vaso waited patiently, assisted us in purchasing a local sim card with unlimited internet for just ten lari, and found a money exchange service. He even tried to solve our adapter issue and provided necessities like shampoo and soap. A conversation with him is enlightening, covering topics from regional culture to broader affairs. Discovering his background in criminal law and his choice of a quiet lifestyle was surprising and impressive. This place is perfect for budget travelers seeking comfort and friendliness.

The staff communicates in Georgian, English, and Russian, and they are truly wonderful individuals. The location is ideal, offering a fantastic view, with orange trees and a charming dog in the garden. You can also enjoy using their BBQ. Anna is also a talented musician.

Całkiem przyjemne miejsce. Czysto, a wspólna kuchnia jest całkiem dobrze wyposażona. Ocena byłaby wyższa, gdyby pokój z prywatną łazienką na korytarzu był lepiej opisany. Pozostałe pokoje miały łazienkę w środku.
