As of April 4, 2025, this is the only branch in Kutaisi that allows account opening. Other branches just redirect customers; some even have ATMs or appear on maps but are not actually present. The operator spoke English and used a text translator for addresses or complex words. They were very helpful and assisted in opening an account for 55 GEL. They mentioned that an SMS will arrive in about four days, indicating when the card can be picked up.
Пожалуй, худший сервис, с которым я сталкивался. Чтобы получить обычную карту, пришлось прийти в отделение четыре раза. Очереди по 40 минут, оформление документов оказалось неверным. В итоге карту доставили не туда, куда нужно, а связаться с ними никак не получается — уже неделю жду звонка от оператора. Деньги за карту, конечно, взяли без проблем. Полное неудовлетворение и нулевая ориентация на клиента. Уже жалею, что выбрал это место.
